Osseiran Investment Limited (the ”Company”) was incorporated in Cyprus on 20 December 2014 as a private limited liability company under the provisions of the Cyprus Companies Law, Cap. 113. Its registered office is at 2 Theokritou street, Flat 103, 1060 Nicosia, Cyprus.

Principal activities

Osseiran Investment Limited has since its foundation continued to act in accordance with its articles of association. The Company is an entrepreneurial holding company owned by foreign investors.

The Company’s overall policy is to establish holding companies in different European countries, which themselves compose a portfolio of investments primarily as majority owners in medium sized relatively matured companies preferably within manufacturing industry, hospitality and real estate.

Additional to this, the Company will make direct investments in shares, other securities such as interest bearing loans, bonds etc in both public, large private and state-owned enterprises.

The Company and its sub-holding companies’ investment horizon is long term, beyond 20 years.

As an active value added owner, the Company’s strategy is to assist in the development of the holding companies and their respective portfolios.
